   This patch is more of natural ingredients. It does not have the same effect as the big brand companies. Meaning you will not feel that burning sensation that’s kind of a hot feeling. I like that feeling better so that’s the reason for the 4 stars. There is no smell which is great and my hubby thinks it’s working great on his back. I will use it more and see what happens.

   This product actually does the label says it will do for pain. The pain in my knees were gone the second I applied the patches. I was skeptical at first, but it actually works far better than cortisone injections and PT.
